As a small child I rode the bus in the summer into Shelby to go swimming. I met Kathy there and she took me under her wing and was so kind to me. I did not meet her again until I was a freshman in high school. As a lowly freshman and she a wonderful senior, I never told her who I was. Now she knows that I did not forget her.
