Bobby never offically asked me out, but we'd manage to find each other at a dance, he was always a gentleman and a great kisser. I'll remember him as quiet and shy. Oh, and the fact that he called his folks Chuck and Mae instead of Mom and Dad. I thought he had the greatest car. I didn't care that it was probably over 20 years old. While living in Ronan in 89 I saw the same car,so many memories started flooding back.
In the late 60s I was on a harvest crew, and met Bobby. Few people have ever made such an impression on me. He became my best friend for the 4 or so weeks we worked. I never forgot him.
