I'm back and forth between the great white north and coutts to help out with the farm and for my play toys :)
School Story:
After i graduated i went to edmonton to do some upgrading (calc. was the biggie), once that was done i was all set to get into mechanical engineering at the u of alberta, but had a change of heart 4 months before classes were to start in what i wanted to, as i didn't want to be behind a desk, i wanted to deal with the more hands/technical side of the mechanical engineering field, i ended up stumbling across the Welding Engineering tech. program at SAIT, so i dropped the mechy program and applied to the Welding engineering program, got put on the waiting list, but at the last moment i got in and then after a very, very crammed 2 year program i found a good job with a company out of edmonton, but 3 months after working there, i got tired of edmonton, i then soon found a good job in calgary, was their quality control supervisor in a piping & welding shop, then just recently after that placed pulled a few stunts that i was not very fond of, I went looking for better employment and found just that up here in fort Mcmurray working for Syncrude Canada Limited doing Quality assurance work in their extraction plant (place where eberything wears out really quick lol)
From high school i've never forgot always do math homework in the science lab the class before it was due, granted all of us were in there doing the homework at the same time, i always wondered if mr. D ever caught on to why we always had the exact same questions:).
Also can't forgot the late night science projects, the pep band, and the trips, the one overnight field trip to drumhellar, all sorts of good stuff :)
Just a few videos of my racing i did last year, my trucck is the bright orange one in the first video, then the 1980 ford in the second video that does the side by side drag by itself in the second video.
