Bob is remembered for being a gentle and caring person who was always there to lend a helping hand where needed. His grandchildren were so special to him. He took great pride in each one. He and Mary shared 54 years of marriage together. Bob enjoyed bicycling, motor cross, coaching soccer, boating and fishing with his 3 sons--Mike, Tim and Ryan. Bob and Mary were fortunate to travel various parts of the world--China, Europe, Eastern Europe. Montana was always a favorite fishing hole. After retirement in 2000 from WA State Health Laboratories, Bob could be seen walking 5-7 miles a day with his big white dog, Kaiser. Bob is greatly missed by family and friends.
