Margie Johannsen Leary

After high school, I attended Montana State University in Bozeman until I married Jim Leary in 1945. Jim graduated and we moved to Sunburst where we had four children. Jim eventually began working for the US Customs service which took us to North Dakota. Along with rearing our children, I was very involved in bridge clubs, church organizations, crochet clubs, Girl Scouts and the Eastern Star. In 1987, we retired and returned to Sunburst to enjoy life there for another 20 years before recently moving to Shelby.
