Gladys Hannon (Prindle) - Class Of 1936

Gladys Prindle
May 15, 1917 – June 5, 1991

KALISPELL - Gladys B. Prindle, 74, who formerly ranched and farmed near Sunburst with her husband, died of natural causes Wednesday in the Immanuel Lutheran Home in Kalispell.

A memorial service will be held Monday at 2 p.m, in the Immanuel Lutheran Home. Her remains have been cremated.

On May 15, 1917, she was born to Sam and Bertha Hannon in Sweetgrass. Her father died when she was 6 years old and her mother supported the family. She graduated from high school in Sunburst.

In 1936, she married Frazer Prindle. They eventually bought a farm near Sunburst. in 1951 where they ranched and farmed until 1973 when they moved to Lakeside.

She had served on the election board in Toole County.

She lived at the Immanuel Lutheran Home since 1987.

Survivors include her husband of Lakeside; children. Lee of Lethbridge, Alta., Leone Sharp of Gold Beach. Ore., Leslie Rogers, Whitefish, and Marshall of Belgrade: 10 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.
