Wally - our rock god...
What an important part of my high school years you were. All the concerts that Wally, Michelle Fauque and I went to in Lethbridge, what a blast! Sorry Dana, you had to find yourself a boyfriend and miss out... The 'get togethers' at the house in town to listen to music - The barfing in your toilet that one year at prom...(thanks again, Mr. DeVries...) - And the band - The Wallybangers!!! That damn Greg Kihn song you all could not get right - even with the help of Dana, Shelley, and Carol on back up vocals - what a group we were! You are gone too soon my friend. Hope you are up there laughing at us all! LOVE YOU MAN!

One of the things I loved about Tom was that we would always share music with each other. I'd turn him on to a song that I liked, and he'd turn me on to a song he liked! He lived here in Phoenix before he passed away, so I was fortunate to have spent some time with him here and in Kalispell. His passing hit me pretty hard. I never had to deal with losing one of my best friends before. He was an awesome guy! I guess he fulfilled his purpose here on earth, and the Lord took him home. An unusually cool memory I have of him, is when I had car trouble out in the countryside near Kalispell. I was stranded in my car on a very cold night, I called him and he was glad to come and get me! About 7 years later when he moved to Phoenix, my battery died on a day it hit 120 degrees. I called Tom and he was glad to come and get me! I was blessed to have a friend who was always willing to go out of his way to help people!
