I attended college in Bozeman at MSU, from there I went to Wyoming and got my Veterinary Technician Degree. As you might remember, rodeo was pretty big in my life and I did that for about 12-14 years after high school. That is how I met my husband, Pete (of now 45 years). Pete was a teacher and we moved a bit in the early years of our marriage. In 1991, I was hired as Exec. Director for the Dillon, MT Chamber and was there for 8 years. Took the CEO job at the Helena chamber in 1999. Helena is an amazing city - we really love living here. I also really loved Chamber work. In my 23 years at the Helena Chamber, I served on many boards and helped with many causes. In 2011, I was selected to be the first Montana Chamber Exec to serve on the National Board for the American Chamber of Commerce Executives and was elected to Exec. Board as Treasurer. Kind of cool. I retired in May of 2022.
Pete & I enjoy golf and do quite a bit of that. I am doing some chamber consulting along with retirement - hard to just do nothing!
I would really love to see our classmates again - it's been a long time - some since graduation day!
